North Austin

North of  U.S. Hwy 183, Neighborhoods such as Quail Creek and Gracy Farms offer access to Austin’s north industrial sites at an affordable price. Most homes in these neighborhoods were built in the 1990’s.  Father north, Wells Branch is blooming because of the close proximity to IBM, Dell and other NW employers. Wells Branch includes; Lamplight Village, Northwood, and Bratton Park.  Scofield Farms and Century Park are newer neighborhoods that extend the area’s pleasant atmosphere. The average distance from downtown Austin is 20 minutes.
