Circle C Austin

Circle C Ranch is located in southwest Austin. The main entrance to Circle C is at Slaughter Lane and Escarpment Boulevard just West of South MOPAC.  This established neighborhood is approximately 10 miles from downtown Austin; giving residents easy access to downtown attractions as well as to Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country.   Construction began on the original part of Circle C in the late 1980’s and carried on into 2011. Most homes are brick and average of 2000+ square feet.

Circle C – History

When it was first developed, Circle C was a relatively isolated subdivision on the South edge of Austin.  The city has rapidly grown outwards to envelop this expanding neighborhood, and retail centers and restaurants have sprung up in large numbers in the area to accommodate the needs of the growing population.

Circle C – Area Amenities 

The community amenities at Circle C include an Olympic-sized swimming pool that is reserved for use by members of the Circle C Homeowner’s Association.  In addition to the community amenities, residents enjoy the Slaughter Creek Metropolitan Park, the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center and The Veloway.  Escarpment Village at the intersection of Slaughter Lane and Escarpment hosts a variety of retail shops and grocery stores and is only minutes away.

The Grey Rock Golf Club, has an 18  hole golf course, Tennis Club and the Circle C Swim Center.  There are  500 acres of parkland,  making this a great area to live.

Circle C – Schools

Homes in this area track to either Kiker, Clayton or Mills Elementary – all of which enjoy high ratings.  The middle schools available to residents are Gorzycki, Bailey and Small, and the area high school is Bowie.  The Southwest Austin Community College Campus is in close proximity to Circle C near the intersection of William Cannon and 290.
